  • BIBLICAL JUSTICE

    I’m a trained social worker who has worked in the justice field for 14 years. I serve to teach others what Biblical justice looks like and we can engage in this world in our everyday lives.

  • CHURCH HURT/TRAUMA/ABUSE

    Combined with my educational background in mental health services - I have also studied trauma and have worked for two churches. I’m both a survivor and advocate and provide spaces, resources, and teachings to both the wounded and church leaders on this topic.

  • THEOLOGY + THE BIBLE

    My heart is to help women of God know the Word of God - historically, contextually, and culturally as a means to know truly know what they believe and why they believe it. Also, as a way to minister to others well about their faith.

  • TRAUMA + ABUSE

    As a trained trauma-informed care service provider - I have both experience and knowledge in the field of trauma, the effects of abuse, and how to help people recover and heal. Especially in the area of trauma from church or spiritual abuse.

  • CALLINGS

    As a I coach, I help women boldly walk in their callings while giving them the tools they need to grow and be successful. This can vary from launching a business to getting tools to grow where they are.

  • REST AND SELAH

    I live in NYC - a city known to never sleep and always grinding. I am adamant about helping others see the value of rest, listening to God, and teaching how Bibilcal meditation can be a helpful tool for both those things.
